Refund and Returns Policy (Updated)
Thank you for shopping at Elite Professional. We maintain high standards for our professional-grade products. Due to hygiene, safety, and the specialized nature of our inventory, we have established the following policy.
- Return Period
You have 5 working days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
- Special Condition: Professional Hair Color
Due to the extreme sensitivity of professional hair color products, including their chemical stability and specific storage requirements, all hair color sales are final.
- These items are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange under any circumstances once they have left our distribution center.
- This policy ensures that every professional client receives products that have been stored in a temperature-controlled environment and have not been tampered with.
- Eligibility for Other Returns
To be eligible for a return on other items (such as equipment or non-chemical accessories), the product must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original professional packaging.
- Seals: All hygiene and manufacturer seals must be fully intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
- Other Non-Returnable Items
In addition to hair color, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products showing any sign of use or opened packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
- Professional kits where the internal seal of any individual component has been broken.
- Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you only in UAE.
- Return Process
To initiate a return for eligible items:

- Once authorized, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.
- Shipping & Refunds
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
